Fundación URUNDEI

Fundación Gran Chaco
It operates in the province of Formosa, promotes sustainable development and improving the quality of life for community members of the South American Gran Chaco. From the “Proyectarte” Fundación Gran Chaco supports the development of a network of Indigenous women associations “that produce handicrafts in the states of Ramon Lista and Bermejo Formosa Province. The work aims to strengthen organizational capacity, improve production system and achieve sustainable and fair trade, contributing to the process of empowerment of women.

Fundación PROTEGER
Headquartered in Santa Fe and a representation in Reconquista, Argentina, PROTEGER works since 1991 in the north of the country, primarily in riverside communities bordering the rivers Paraná and Paraguay in the humid Chaco. Its central programs are Water, Wetlands and Fisheries, aimed mainly at sustainable management of Ramsar sites, and Adding Value, focused on production and fair trade with fishermen. Communication and press is another active program reaching regional and international levels.
